With purposeful, introspective time to be still, I reflect on all the parts of my well-being: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.
Deep solitude today. Sitting in loving stillness. BE here now. I am thankful.
I am here with my body, nuturing and sustaining it with conscious choices for nutrition, rest and activity.
I am here with my mind, allowing it to run and leap and play, calling it back home to rest when evening falls.
I am here with my spirit, BE-ing still in silent reverence for the sacred.
And then, being in the moment, I see the illusion that my mind creates. And I laugh.
It’s really just an ordinary day.
